We currently have an open position for a Warehouse Operator to join our team for a 6-month contract on the day shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm). This role is responsible for the efficient warehousing, repackaging and/or production of various products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies. Responsibilities Meet customer’s packaging requirements Matching BOL to physical shipment Delivering paperwork to proper person Segregating damaged product Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by implementing daily housekeeping habits Ensure that AWSA Protocols are met Ensure FIFO standards are being used Packaging and labeling products Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment Repetitive motion/lifting Other related duties as required or assigned Required Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrate good organizational skills Know how to work safely Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and practices Able to follow instruction from supervisor Qualifications One (1) year manufacturing/industrial warehouse experience required One (1) year order picker forklift experience required Two (2) years counterbalance forklift experience preferred Able to lift at least 50lbs Manual dexterity to work on various projects Overtime as required Able to identify any health and safety issues Previous working at heights experience/training an asset Our Commitment: Future Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
