Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with production teams, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. A strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse and yard environment. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, unload, label, and store incoming materials, equipment, and project-related shipments. Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation, reporting and resolving discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Support production teams by issuing inventory, consumables, PPE, job-specific materials, and client-supplied equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory management activities. Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely while completing daily inspections and required maintenance documentation. Prepare, package, stage, and load outgoing shipments in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. Assist with shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork, delivery records, and quality documentation as required. Maintain warehouse, yard, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition, ensuring materials are properly identified and protected. Support the Materials Manager in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining adequate stock of shop supplies and consumables. Assist with year-end inventory counts and ongoing inventory improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Sabre's Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs, and established warehouse procedures. Support material handling, packaging, and logistics requirements across multiple projects and departments. Complete additional warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned. What You'll Bring We're looking for a candidate who combines strong organizational skills with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Valid class 5 driver’s license to travel between Sabre branches. Experience with inventory management, warehouse processes, and material control practices.
