Job Description: We are searching for an energetic and reliable person to join our team as a full-time Warehouse Associate in Edmonton. As the successful candidate, you will be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is interested in moving forward and growing your skills within our organization. Opportunities are available for the right candidate to progress to Apprentice Parts Technician. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities Maintain and control parts inventory Pick, pack, and ship parts orders and ensure they are on schedule Replenish picking locations and unload skids Accurately perform physical inventory counts Effective visual inspection and count of received products (for damage and correct amount) by checking off packing slips that accompany incoming shipments Maintain a clean and safe work environment Put away stock items Communicate with customers, colleagues, and delivery personnel Employment Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience is preferred Previous experience in parts delivery and collection is preferred Ability to operate a forklift is an asset Basic computer skills and ability to learn to dealer specific software programs are necessary Must have a clean drivers abstract Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and criminal record check prior to hiring What We Offer: Opportunities for career advancement within the company Competitive starting wage Experience warehouse: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Benefits Friendly and safe environment with high level of job satisfaction and stability State of the art facilities Employee draws for Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Elks, and Rogers Place events Employee lunch days including Summer BBQs Staff pricing on retail purchases in Parts Department Additional Comments: Stahl Peterbilt would like to thank you for your interest but will only contact applicants if they are selected for an interview.
