Warehouse Associate and Driver Full-Time · Warehouse Associate and Driver · Lower Mainland, BC · $25/hr to start Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation (2013) Inc. is the leading mechanical insulation company in the commercial construction sector in BC. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate and Driver to join our team — someone who takes pride in efficient warehouse operations and safe, professional delivery service. What you’ll do Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately in our warehouse Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Operate 1-ton and 5-ton trucks to deliver products to job sites and customer locations Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain signatures as required Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns Support general warehouse cleanliness and organization What you bring Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking and delivery Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift experience — required Proven experience operating 1-ton and 5-ton vehicles Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required) Valid BC Class 5 licence (minimum); Class 4 licence preferred — or willingness to obtain Class 4 upon hiring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on delivery routes Physical ability to lift and handle insulation materials and related products Positive, team-oriented attitude Nice to have Experience Familiarity with warehouse management systems or delivery software Why join us At Aarc-West, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values hard work, safety, and doing the job right.
