This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth The salary range for this position is $21.50 to $23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities. Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Operate and maintain vinyl printing, cutting, and finishing equipment Cut, weed, premask, and install vinyl graphics to specification Perform finishing tasks including laminating, mounting, encapsulating, and trimming printed materials Prepare substrates for vinyl application through cleaning, cutting, painting, laminating, and other preparation techniques Read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and project specifications Utilize a variety of hand tools including X-Acto knives, squeegees, rulers, jig saws, and other shop equipment Apply vinyl using various installation techniques while ensuring quality and durability Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards throughout production and installation Manage material inventory and accurately track materials used for projects Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and regulations Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Minimum 2 years of vinyl production and installation experience, preferably in a manufacturing or signage environment Experience Knowledge of adhesive applications, substrate preparation, and curing processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems effectively Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to manage priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work throughout the shift When benefits really help you live better: We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home. Qualifications
