Why Join Landmark Bus Lines? ✔ Competitive hourly wages ✔ Paid training provided ✔ Stable, year-round employment ✔ Supportive and respectful team environment ✔ Opportunity to make a positive impact in your community every day ✔ Modern, well-maintained fleet What You'll Do Safely operate transit vehicles on designated routes and schedules Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers Assist passengers with boarding, accessibility needs, and general inquiries Respond professionally and calmly in all driving and customer service situations What We're Looking For Valid Ontario Class BZ (MANDATORY) Clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR Strong commitment to passenger safety and defensive driving practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Previous transit, coach, school bus, or commercial driving experience is considered an asset The Ideal Candidate You are dependable, punctual, and enjoy interacting with the public.
