Job Description: DLC Greenteam is expanding and looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Labourers / Walkway Shovelers to join our winter team. At DLC, we provide fast and reliable snow removal services throughout the South West Island. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a professional and supportive team. Seasonal Position: November 15 to April 15 About the Position Reliable, responsible, and hardworking. Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work. Available on-call 24/7 throughout the winter season. Positive team player who is willing to help coworkers when needed. Able to work in winter weather conditions. Responsibilities Be available 24/7 on-call and report on time for shifts, regardless of the day or hour. Work alongside two machine operators to clear all walkways at assigned properties. Shovel and clear snow from walkways, entrances, and other designated areas. Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients and coworkers. Wear the required company uniform. Properly use, maintain, and return all tools and equipment to the DLC yard in a clean and organized condition after each pass. What We Offer Starting wage of $21/hour. Quality uniforms.
