Build backyards people brag about. Retaining walls. Paving stone driveways. Decks, fences, artificial turf, planting, excavation. What you'll do: Install hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, driveways Work across 3–4 trades — concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, turf Run a small crew (1–3 people) on active job sites Learn from tradespeople who've mastered the craft What you bring: Must-haves 1-2 years landscape construction experience Experience Reliable, on time, gets things done Team player with a positive attitude Nice-to-haves Driver's licence + comfortable in a pickup Trailer towing experience (10–14 ft) Proficiency across multiple trades (we'll train the right person) What we offer Year-round, full-time work — not seasonal Real work-life balance — rarely weekends, evenings or holidays Health benefits for eligible staff 4% vacation pay Performance-based raises + clear path to Foreman Company truck potential for foremen Paid training & education opportunities Flexible hours and time off What it's actually like here Thursday team BBQs — food and drinks on us Camping, bowling, golf, paintball, go-karting People come here and stay.
