Shop Foreman (310T Licensed) – Seeley’s Bay, ON Robert Hogan Bus Lines Lead with Skill. Keep Our Fleet Moving Safely. Robert Hogan Bus Lines has been providing safe and reliable student transportation to families and school communities throughout the region for decades. We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance operations in Seeley’s Bay, Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with team leadership and fleet management responsibilities. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support a team of technicians and maintenance staff Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily maintenance and repair activities Perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on school buses and support vehicles Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and Ministry regulations Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documentation Coordinate parts procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships Assist with fleet inspections, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Support the Branch Manager in maintaining fleet availability and operational readiness QualificationsRequired Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence (MANDATORY) Minimum 3–5 years of fleet maintenance experience Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills Thorough knowledge of Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations and inspection standards Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team Preferred Previous supervisory or shop leadership experience Experience working on school buses, commercial vehicles, or transportation fleets Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Comprehensive benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement The opportunity to play a key role in student transportation safety Why Join Robert Hogan Bus Lines?
