Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented On-Road Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, being on the move, and driving business growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the foodservice industry Actively seek out new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales Represent NELLA Food Equipment with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs Achieve and exceed sales targets What We’re Looking For: Highly energetic and outgoing personality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer service Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous sales experience (preferably in foodservice or equipment sales) is an asset Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel What We Offer: Competitive compensation package (base + commission) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment If you’re a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role and wants to make an impact in the foodservice industry, we’d love to hear from you.
