Full job description
Overview We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and organized Product Specialist to support our Sales Team and customers throughout Ontario and across Canada. This role plays an important part in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product inventory, supporting equipment repairs, and helping customers minimize operational downtime. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to learn. They will work closely with the Sales Team, assist with product service and repairs, and help ensure products are delivered accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate the shipping and receiving of products through courier and freight providers, including Purolator, GLS, and LTL carriers. Prepare products and documentation for CSA inspections and certifications. Assist with the servicing, maintenance, and repair of body shop equipment. Deliver products and equipment to customers throughout Ontario as required. Respond to customer service and repair requests, both independently and in support of the Sales Team. Assemble, test, and prepare equipment from various suppliers for customer use. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment and products. Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee inventory control activities for all product lines within the warehouse. Ensure customer orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support other operational, service, and customer-related activities as required. Any other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a technical, service, warehouse, equipment, or product support role. Mechanically inclined with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is considered an asset. Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing manual tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience
