Full job description
Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a CAN-Perth-Picker/Packer to join their team. As a CAN-Perth-Picker/Packer , you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Picker/Packer Location: Perth, ON Pay Rate: $19 an hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What's the Job? Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, and replenishing stock Use RF scanners to accurately process outgoing orders and track inventory Check and store incoming materials, ensuring correct quantities and good condition Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies What's Needed? High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution Experience Ability to read and interpret pick lists, labels, and instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work safely and effectively in a busy warehouse environment What's in it for me?
