Description du poste L'assistant(e) technique en pharmacie assiste le ou la pharmacien(ne) en effectuant les opérations de routine en pharmacie allant de la commande à la distribution des médicaments. La personne aura comme principales responsabilités : Accueillir les patients, effectuer la collecte de données, et mise à jour des dossiers patient Préparer les médicaments Maintenir la propreté et l’ordre du laboratoire Commander, recevoir et la placer la marchandise dans la pharmacie Effectuer les fonctions de caissier au laboratoire Répondre aux appels téléphoniques Responsibilities Greet customers, carry out collection of data, create/update the patient's file Fulfill and package the prescriptions Respond to phone calls Maintain the cleanliness and order of the laboratory Order, receive and the placement of merchandise Perform the duties of pharmacy cashier Monitor the expiry dates of medications Requirements Diplôme (DEP) d'assistant technique en pharmacie reconnu est un atout De l’expérience dans un poste de même nature est un atout Qualités recherchées : Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle Excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication Autonome Capacité à travailler en équipe Facilité avec les calculs mathématiques Bonne compétence avec les logiciels d’ordinateur Bilingue (français et anglais) Souci du détail, sens de la minutie Respect de la confidentialité Position Description: The pharmacy technical assistant assists the pharmacist in the fulfillment of prescriptions, the keeping of patient files and the execution of technical duties related to the preparation and dispensing of medications.
