Full job description
Job Summary Production Workers Full time positions are available within the Evisceration and Packing Department of a poultry processing facility. Competitive hourly rate plus paid benefit package after probation. General Description These positions involve working a rotation of various jobs on the line. Can include hanging, inspection of chickens, packing chickens and repetitive use of a knife to make various cuts. Require good ability to perform repetitive activities while maintaining good attention to detail. Must be able to work with raw meat, and in warm/cool environments and be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have good hand eye co-ordination. Personal protective equipment supplied. Employees to provide their own CSA approved steel toed rubber boots. Full training of each position plus other food safety & health and safety training will be provided. Work time vary from 7:00am start time to 8:30am start time, more details available during interviews Due to the volume of applicants, only qualified candidates advancing in the process will be contacted.
