Full job description
Omni Basement Systems, a leader in foundation repair and basement waterproofing, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Experienced Waterproofer to join our team as an Installation Technician. We have 1 existing position for this role. This is a right-hand position requiring someone who can demonstrate leadership while also effectively following the foreman’s instructions. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience driving large box trucks (U-Haul size or larger) – No training provided on this requirement. Previous experience in waterproofing Valid G license with a clean driving abstract Excellent physical condition – comfortable regularly lifting 70–80 lbs Strong proficiency in English Experience Ability to work comfortably in crawl spaces (on hands and knees), dig, kneel, and crawl for extended periods Own steel toe boots (other PPE provided) What We Offer: Competitive pay with performance bonuses (and premium on limited-height work) Consistent full-time hours Weekends optional – work when you want, or enjoy time off!
