Full-Time, Permanent | Employee Position | GTASalary + Performance Pay | $130,000+ On-Target Earnings About the Role Magic Windows & Doors is hiring an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to join our installation team in a full-time employee position.This is not a subcontractor position. We're looking for an experienced window and door professional who can lead installations from start to finish, maintain exceptional workmanship standards, and take responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the crew. This is a senior installation position designed for a high-performing installer who wants the earning potential of the trade with the stability of full-time employment. With salary and performance-based compensation, on-target earnings are $130,000+ per year. What You'll Do Lead residential window and door installations throughout the GTA Complete full-frame replacement window and door installations Lead and work alongside an installation crew on site Ensure installations meet Magic's quality and workmanship standards Review jobs before starting and identify potential installation challenges Remove existing windows and doors and properly prepare openings Install, level, square, insulate, seal and finish new products Complete exterior finishing, capping and caulking as required Troubleshoot difficult installation conditions in the field Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation Inspect completed work before leaving the job site Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Help coach and develop other members of the installation team Work closely with our Installation Department to keep projects running efficiently What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional window and door installation experience required Strong knowledge of residential retrofit/full-frame window and door installation Ability to independently lead an installation from start to finish Strong understanding of measurements, openings, flashing, insulation, waterproofing and exterior finishing Experience with brickmould, aluminum capping, caulking and common installation materials Ability to diagnose and solve installation problems in the field Experience Excellent workmanship and attention to detail Professional and comfortable communicating directly with homeowners Valid Ontario driver's licence Reliable, punctual and accountable Who This Role Is For This opportunity is particularly well suited to an experienced window and door installer, crew leader or lead installer who has spent years in the trade and is ready for a more stable long-term opportunity.
