Full job description

The Customer Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for advisors, dealers, and fund company clients, delivering a high-quality client experience through professional and responsive service. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, resolve a wide range of inquiries and issues for a variety of clients, and act as a liaison between IFDS and the advisor/dealer community on behalf of our Fund Company clients. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities to proactively support client needs and strategically position IFDS’ services.
