We are looking for detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinators to join our Rocky View team! Notes: This is NOT a transportation position or an outbound call centre. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via email, phone, and warehouse portals Process customer orders accurately and on time, including data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other internal systems Coordinate with warehouse teams (receiving, shipping, inventory) to ensure smooth execution of customer requests Organize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customers Generate inbound and outbound documents and coordinate with the applicable teams in processing customer order instructions Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipment, inventory, and service inquiries Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or service concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation Support daily administrative tasks including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and operational efficiency Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of Extensiv WMS order entry experience Minimum one (1) year of 3PL customer service experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively 18 Wheels Logistics is proud of its commercial growth and cherishes the team members who are the heart of its organization. 18 Wheels is an equal-opportunity employer, that values diversity and inclusion and invites qualified applicants to join this winning team.
