UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS. Earnings are based on 100% Commission Structure, and can TOTAL UP TO $90,000-$110,000K and more depending on performance. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING: We’re seeking a qualified a Field Sales Representative responsible for attending pre-qualified residential appointments to assess and quote Acorn Stairlift Products. The Representative is required to measure all staircases on the property, make notes, and take photos. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Attend appointments at client homes as scheduled by appointment setters Perform in home assessments for potential clients Emphasize product features and benefits, overcome objections, and provide quote Negotiate within Pricing Guidelines and close sales Complete sales documentation and process client credit card payments Update notes in APLX from all on-site and follow-up calls · Network to self-generate leads Be punctual and uphold Acorn Stairlifts’ standards of professionalism Participate in monthly coaching and submit required reports to management Achieve all goals and targets Be available for last minute calls during week hours Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU HAVE: An outstanding personality and positive attitude Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels in the company Strong motivation to be results oriented and target driven Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task while adapting in a fast-paced work environment Intermediate knowledge of design/construction Excellent communication and listening skills Qualifications A secondary diploma and related experience Basic mechanical and/or electrical construction 1-3+ years related sales experience Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a valid driver’s license and clean abstract Clear a criminal background check Must have your own reliable transportation and proof of insurance which includes coverage for work purposes CORE VALUES Quality: products we make and sell, and the services we provide Unity: working together as one team Integrity: acting responsibly and honestly to deliver on our promises Caring: about our customers, each other, and the wider community Ambition: taking pride in all we do and striving to improve Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc,is an equal opportunity employer.
