Golden Arrow School Bus Ltd. is hiring School Bus Drivers for the Northern Gateway and Surrounding Area. Why join as a Golden Arrow School Bus Driver? For many reasons No necessary experience! Part-time hours – Perfect for Stay-at-home parents, Cab drivers, Entrepreneur, Retirees etc. We offer a flexible Monday through Friday schedule – Same route every day. Responsibilities Safely drive students to and from school following a pre-determined route. Perform daily pre-trips and document them accurately. Comply with traffic rules and regulations. Communicate clearly with students, parents, school employees and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner. Keep bus clean, fueled, and safe. Able to drive morning and afternoon shift – Approx. 6:30am to 9:00am and 2:30pm to 5:00pm, depending on the route. Other duties as assigned by Supervisors. Experience You just need a valid non-GDL class 5 driver’s license or higher and our industry-leading trainers will take it from there. Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral. Drug and Alcohol Testing and Criminal Record Check are performed as pre-screening during the hiring process. Clean driving record: 10-year commercial Drivers Abstract Licence/Certification: Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: On the road
