Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Forklift Operator for one of our clients. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Position: Forklift Operator Shift Timing: Morning ; 7 AM TO 3:30 PM **Must Have License of Raymond Reach and order Picker** Job Responsibilities: Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck or other power equipment Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe, reporting service requests as needed Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers Assist in distribution centre/warehouse clean-up as required Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor Job Requirement: Necessary skills for verbal and written communication in English Must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to/including 50 lbs. Must have valid licenses and experience in Stand-up Counterbalance, Reach & Walkie Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take ownership Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment Display a positive and proactive attitude Necessary skills for working in a team environment and strong Leadership Skills Work in and promote a safe environment Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment Physically demanding – lifting up to 50lbs Attention to detail Work under pressure Handling heavy loads Standing for extended periods Production deadlines Regards, HR Department Perfect HR Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Education Secondary School (preferred) Experience Forklift: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: Forklift License (required) Work Location: In person Benefits On-site parking Flexible language requirement: French not required Application question(s): How many years of experience with order picker?
