East Angus Grocery is seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Supervisor to lead, develop, and grow our sales team. Position Overview: As a DTD Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coaching representatives, and ensuring consistent performance across your team. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team of door-to-door representatives Training and mentoring new and existing team members Setting daily and weekly performance targets Monitoring results and providing ongoing feedback Maintaining strong team culture and professionalism This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong field presence, accountability, and the ability to lead by example.
