Our client, a manufacturer of innovative indoor air quality solutions, is seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver/Service Technician to join their dynamic team! As a key member of their team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely product deliveries, and providing technical support to clients. Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 1-year of warehousing experience Previous experience driving a commercial vehicle ideal Ability to work independently/in a team Must be able and willing to learn Capable of lifting up to 50lbs Must have a G class license with a clean Driver’s Abstract Own vehicle Previous forklift experience considered an asset Previous experience using an ERP system considered an asset Responsibilities Drive a cargo van to client sites to test equipment and replace filters Deliver construction materials to sites and replace materials as required Load and unload product into and from truck trailers using forklift or hand carts Prepare orders for delivery, shipping or collection Ensure that shipping documents are complete and included with the product before delivery/collection Keep warehouse areas clean and tidy, product properly located and identified, aisles clean and free of clutter Stack and organizing product on skids and in racking using forklift or hand carts Other duties as assigned Experience Customer service: 1 year (required) Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (required) Licence/Certification: Class G Licence (required) Location: Ottawa, ON (required) Work Location: In person Benefits Long standing company – over 35 years Room for growth Bus accessible / Free parking 3 paid sick days Yearly bonuses Health and dental benefits after probation RRSP Plan Day time hours – No weekends Wage: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 4:00pm – Must be willing to do overtime as required Location: Nepean If you are interested and believe you meet the specified qualifications, please reply to this ad with your Resume.
