Free, Paid Training to get your Instructors License! Company Car Provided! We pay for the gas! We pay for the repairs! We pay the insurance! 10-30 Vacation days! Extended Health Care! Dental Benefits! RRSP Match! Pension plan! Profit sharing! If you are a licensed Driving instructor we will pay you a $3500 sign on bonus. If you would like to obtain your instructors license we will provide you paid training. Unlike most driving schools our instructors are employees (not independent contractors) . We provide the car, we pay for the gas and any repairs all you’ll need to do is provide the talent! Our instructors are also paid for ALL their time worked whether they are picking a student up at school or driving to meet their next student- it’s all paid. Responsibilities Conduct student evaluations (marking and grading) and complete comprehensive student progress reporting Consistently demonstrates a professional code of conduct Qualifications Must be a licensed in-car and/or in-class instructor or willingness to obtain instructors license Clean Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Must have 5 years of Class G driving experience Naturally outgoing and at ease at interacting with others Confident decision making Strong understanding of customer service as part of a brand COMPENSATION Company car provided $2000 sign on bonus for already licensed in-car instructors $1500 sign on bonus for already licensed in-class instructors Don't have your instructor's license? We'll pay for it!
