Full job description
Sentes Automotive is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Automotive Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and understands that the quality of their work directly impacts the client experience. Every repair, inspection, and interaction plays a role in building lasting relationships with our clients. What You Will Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards Perform thorough inspections with accurate documentation and measurements Identify issues, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with Service Advisors Complete warranty and customer-pay work efficiently within scheduled timelines Perform out-of-province and safety inspections Complete PDI processes and ensure vehicles are delivery-ready Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow Support fellow technicians when needed to maintain shop productivity Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday schedule, with rotating Saturdays required What You Bring Red Seal Automotive Technician Certification (required) Minimum 3 years experience as an Automotive Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract Ability to drive manual transmission Own tools required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $35 per flat rate hour Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the Sentes Automotive group Ongoing training and development Modern facility and equipment Health and dental benefits after eligibility period Performance-based bonus opportunities Why Join Sentes Automotive Sentes Automotive proudly represents 3 dealerships, right here in the Okanagan Valley: Kelowna Mercedes-Benz, Kelowna Infiniti Nissan, and Lexus of Kelowna.
