Every piece of equipment brings its own set of mechanical challenges and repairs. Specializing in the sale, rental, maintenance, and repair of tanks, we are looking for a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanic to join our evening shift team. WORK ON NEW AND USED TANKS, IN A HANDS-ON ENVIRONMENT WITH EASY ACCESS FROM HIGHWAYS 403 & 407! Your exclusive benefits Up to $42.50/hour, depending on experience $1.50/hour evening shift premium Stable work schedule, 40 hours/week Permanent position Weekly pay 500,00$/year for tools + $175,00$/year for work boots Uniforms, cleaning service, and PPE provided Prescription safety glasses provided Paid training RRSP with employer contribution Annual salary review Comprehensive group insurance (health, dental, vision, disability, life, and telemedicine) 10 paid statutory holidays per year 500,00$ employee referral bonus Free on-site parking Easy access from highways 403 and 407 Public transportation nearby Small team and friendly work environment Your main responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on tanks and trailers Diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Diagnose and repair braking systems, ABS, RSS rollover prevention systems, and automatic lift axles Maintain and repair drum and disc brakes, suspensions, wheels, and chassis Repair body structures and components Inspect and repair components and systems on various types of tanks What we are looking for A 310J or 310T mechanic license or be a registered apprentice Experience Complete set of tools Good physical condition Do you enjoy heavy-duty mechanics and want to work directly on tanks?
